A Central Arts exhibition is currently on display for the public to enjoy in Alloa.
The open-ended exhibition is in The Gallery, upstairs at Gordon R. McFarlane, Watchmaker, Jewellery and Art Gallery at 41 Mill Street.
Central Arts is a voluntary association in Central Scotland which stages exhibitions of their paintings to allow artists to showcase their work for sale.
On display is a variety of over 200 framed and mounted paintings including Giclee prints, photography of local scenes, views of the River Forth, landscapes, and more.
There is also a selection of contemporary paintings, printed mugs, and handmade items.

All visitors to The Gallery can enter the “find the blue spot” competition. A blue spot is stuck on the front of a painting hanging in the exhibition and all you have to do is find it. Entry to the competition is free.
The name and contact details of everyone who finds the blue spot and wishes to enter the competition will be put in a hat.
First prize is a framed original watercolour painting donated by Clackmannshire Artist Maggie Bowie and is entitled 'Kilchoan Jetty, Ardnamurchan'.
Second prize is a framed original acrylic and inks painting donated by Local Artist Joan McLelland and is entitled 'Coaltit'.

Third prize is a mounted Giclee of the original oil painting donated by Clackmannshire Artist Margaret MacGregor entitled 'My Stray Cat Surprise'.
The competition will close at 2pm on Thursday, December 28 and the winner will be chosen at 2.30pm by Neil McFarlane, the owner of The Gallery.
The exhibition in Alloa is open Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 4pm. Entrance to the exhibition is free.
Another exhibition by Central Arts is also running at Blossoms Coffee Shop & Bistro at Torwood Garden Centre, Bellsdyke Road, Larbert.
