A 28-year-old man struggled with police officers during an incident in Alloa.
In the dock at Alloa Sheriff Court for sentencing was Daniel Stevens, of Rosebank.
He admitted that on July 22, at Ashley Terrace, Alloa, he obstructed and hindered two police officers, tensed his arms and refused to get into a police van.
On the same day, he breached a bail undertaking by attending at Ashley Terrace and contacted his former partner.
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a community payback order with 100 hours of unpaid work and nine months of supervision.
