A Sauchie man was found loitering and suspected of planning to steal.
Brian Gladwin, 36, of Main Street, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on March 1 last year he was found in the curtilage of properties in Sauchie whereby it could be inferred he intended to commit theft.
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a community payback order with nine months of supervision.
