MEET Missy: the fully-grown Chihuahua that can fit inside a big bag of Doritos.

At just 1.2kg, the tiny Alloa pup weighs as much as a four pack of fizzy juice or one and a half loaves of bread.

She measures at around seven inches by nine, meaning she can easily sit inside a woman's shoe – with room to spare.

And though Missy will be celebrating a first birthday on Valentine's Day, the mischievous scamp is already at full size.

Her owner, Nicola Andrews told the Advertiser: "We've had her since October and she's just the best wee dog I've ever had.

"I know a lot of people have a bad view of Chihuahuas but she's not nippy one wee bit.

"We have a six-year-old here and she absolutely adores her."

She added: "The vet told us that she was the smallest dog she'd ever seen. She can fit in one of those £1 bag of Doritos.

"In fact, she's getting spayed soon and the vet needs to get a specialist in because their hands are too big.

"That's her fully-grown now, Chihuahuas don't get any bigger after nine months, but she's just so small.

"They had to weigh her on the cat scales as well. It's absolutely crazy.

"She can't walk up the stairs herself and when she tries to go out the back door, she does a somersault off the patio."
