Boxing champ's prize really packs a punch
By Jamie MacDonald
British boxing star Amir Khan is again supporting No Messin' Live!
NO MESSIN’ LIVE! will return to Clackmannanshire for a second consecutive year this July and to celebrate the Advertiser has teamed up with organisers Network Rail to offer a prize that packs a punch.
Two lucky winners along with a parent or guardian will win a VIP trip to meet and train with Britain’s number one boxer, Amir Khan.
Amir, who has supported No Messin’ for three years, will open the doors to his ‘Gloves’ gym in Bolton to No Messin’ participants on 4 July to provide training tips and you could be there.
Check out next week’s Advertiser to find out how you could win the chance to meet Britain’s boxing superstar.
No Messin Live! is a free two-day event aimed at all young people of school age.
Running from noon until 4pm on 23 and 24 July at Tulligarth Community Centre, Alloa, the action packed event gives kids a chance to learn new skills, try out new things and learn why mucking around near the railways is so dangerous.
Events already confirmed at No Messin Live! in Alloa include motorcycling, boxing, climbing, dance classes, wrestling, football, surf simulator and much, much more.
