Police uncover £25,000 drugs haul

POLICE recovered drugs worth £25,000 from a house in Alloa following an intelligence led-operation on Friday.
The operation, carried out by local officers, took place in Harris Court and two men aged 27 and 22 were due to appear from custody at Alloa Sheriff Court this week.
Intelligence Development Officer Constable Tommy Holden said, “This was a significant amount of drugs recovered which we believe were amphetamine.
“We are continuously monitoring the drugs scene in Alloa and will not give up on tackling those involved.”
