Make the most of your morning with Mornflake!

However you eat yours we all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating breakfast after a night's sleep feeds our brains with fuel ready for the day ahead and is part of a healthy balanced diet.

To celebrate the importance of breakfast, Farmhouse Breakfast Week runs from 20th-26th January and aims to get the nation eating breakfast everyday!

Supporting the week and encouraging everyone to tuck in to a yummy breakfast each morning, Mornflake have been milling their breakfast oats since 1675, making them the longest established miller of oats and cereal in the UK. Of all the many cereals available to us today, oats still stand out for their natural goodness and with Mornflake's expertise and skills and over 330 years of milling experience, it's no wonder they are able to produce what is probably the finest range of oat cereals today.

There are Oats2Go sachets and pots for those mornings when you're running late for work and the children aren't ready. Available in different flavours this range provides a nutritious, tasty and quick breakfast to start your day.

To win a Oats2Go breakfast pack including a china breakfast tea set, apron and hessian bag, all you have to do is simply answer this question:
