ANOTHER man has been banned from Klub 21 following an alleged attack.
The 35-year-old denied the assault charge when he appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court on Thursday (29 October).
It is alleged that on September 19 this year, he struck another male on the head with a bottle, before headbutting him on the face, struggling with him and repeatedly punching him on the head and body, to his injury.
The accused, of Alloa, pleaded not guilty and a trial date was set down for February 24.
As part of his bail conditions, he was banned from entering the Mill Street nightclub.
Last week, two men appeared from custody charged with assaulting another male inside Klub 21.
As part of the their bail conditions, the duo, aged 23 and 31-years-old, were also banned from entering the nightclub.
The case is to go to trial on February 9.
