Sauchie man facing trial for sending "sexual image" on Facebook
A SAUCHIE man appeared in court last week charged with sending a sexual image to a woman on Facebook.
At Alloa Sheriff Court on Thursday, the 22-year-old denied the offence of "intentionally causing" the woman to view a sexual image, at Alloa Sheriff Court on Thursday (29 October).
It is alleged he sent the image on 17 September this year.
A trial date has been set down for 24 February, with a pre-trial hearing on February 8.
