A MAN has been accused of getting behind the wheel without insurance.
Last Wednesday at Alloa's Justice of the Peace Court, Peter McCallum maintained his plea of not guilty to driving along the A876 Bowtrees to Kilbagie roundabout on May 16 last year without the proper insurance in place.
McCallum, of Sandpiper Meadow in Alloa, will stand trial on March 1.
