A MAN caught driving a car without insurance and a MOT has been hit with a hefty fine.
Last Wednesday at the Wee County's Justice of the Peace Court, Ian Baird pleaded guilty to the road traffic offences after he was caught along the A907 Alloa Road, Cambus, near Station Road, on November 2 last year.
Justice Mandy Shand fined 32-year-old Baird, of Alloa's Arran Court, £590 and endorsed his licence with six penalty points.
