Alloa's Justice of the Peace Court
A CLACKMANNAN woman who was caught speeding near Lornshill Academy has been fined £280.
Last Wednesday at Alloa's Justice of the Peace Court, Josephine McKenzie, of Kersegreen Road, pleaded guilty via letter to driving at 42mph along the B9096 on September 26 last year.
Justice Mandy Shand also endorsed the 62-year-old accused's licence with three penalty points for breaking the 30mph limit.
