A MAN who acted in a threatening manner has been given extra time to get himself to court.
On Thursday, Graham McCann failed to show for sentencing.
The 37-year-old previously admitted shouting and swearing at an address in Alloa's Kingswell Park on November 23, 2016, and again on February 3 this year.
Defending, Claire McCarron explained that there had been issues with the accused's address. McCann is believed to have moved from McKinlay Crescent in Alloa and may have been unaware of the court date.
Sheriff David Mackie continued the case until April 20 for the accused's personal appearance.
