A HUSBAND - who was not in the Christmas spirit - has avoided punishment for keeping out of trouble after acting in a threatening manner.
On Thursday, Alloa Sheriff Court was told that Steven Stewart had been of good behaviour since kicking off on December 24 last year at his home address.
The 44-year-old, of Ladywell Place in Tullibody, previously admitted shouting, swearing, uttering offensive remarks towards his wife, and damaging household property.
Sheriff David Mackie admonished the accused for the positive report.
