A MAN and woman have been accused of carrying out an assault in a pub.
Last Wednesday at Alloa's Justice of the Peace Court, David Barnes and Nikole Rankine pleaded not guilty to seizing a woman by the hair and scratching her head at the Abercromby Arms in Tullibody on January 29 this year.
Barnes, 36, of Gartmorn Road in Sauchie, and Rankine, 26, of Alloa Road in Tullibody, will stand trial on July 19.
