A FORMER drug dealer has avoided punishment for staying out of trouble.
On Thursday at Alloa Sheriff Court, Gary Paton admitted being concerned in the supply of diamorphine at two addresses in Craigview, Sauchie, and elsewhere between November 20-23, 2015.
Defending, Kelly Howe claimed that her 46-year-old client had since remained offence-free and had been of good behaviour.
Sheriff David Mackie thereafter admonished Paton, of Craigleith in Fishcross, in light of his progress.
