A SCORNED ex has avoided punishment for keeping herself out of trouble.
On Thursday at Alloa Sheriff Court, Zoe Shaw admitted engaging in a course of conduct between July 8-11 last year that caused her former partner fear and alarm.
The 25-year-old accused pleaded guilty to attending at her ex's home address, behaving in an aggressive manner towards him, repeatedly contacting him via text and telephone, and threatening to post comments about him on social media.
Shaw also admitted shouting, swearing, uttering abusive remarks, repeatedly striking and kicking windows and doors at an address in Alloa's Garvally Crescent, and attempting to enter said premises on October 1, 2016.
In addition, the accused, of Rose Street in Alloa, pleaded guilty to breaking her bail conditions on October 5 last year by attempting to communicate with her ex when prohibited.
Sheriff David Mackie admonished Shaw for being of good behaviour over the last six months.
