A MAN who failed to attend court-ordered appointments has been given a month to get his act in order.
On Thursday, Sean Akande was due to be sentenced for shouting and swearing at an address in Alloa's Ashley Terrace on August 27 last year.
The 29-year-old, of the town's Bowhouse Gardens, previously admitted acting in an abusive manner towards a female residing there, and uttering abusive and threatening remarks towards police officers.
Akande also pleaded guilty to attempting to resist arrest by flailing his arms and struggling with two constables during the same incident.
Defending, Kelly Howe told Alloa Sheriff Court that the previously ordered reports were unavailable as her client failed to attend the appointments due to becoming "overwhelmed".
Sheriff David Mackie further adjourned the case until June 15 for the preparation of a psychological and additional Criminal Justice Social Work report.
