POLICE have been ordered to track down a 55-year-old man.
Last Wednesday at Alloa's Justice of the Peace Court, James Hepburn failed to show up for his intermediate diet.
The accused, of Comrie Court in Tillicoultry, denies keeping a vehicle at his home address without insurance or security in respect of third party risks on October 21 last year.
Defence agent Chris Macfarlane withdrew from acting on Hepburn's behalf due to funding issues.
Justice William Whyte thereafter granted a non-appearance warrant.
Hepburn will stand trial on June 7.
