Neil MacDonald, of Innerdownie Place, tendered his guilty plea when he appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court on Thursday, May 10.
On April 14 of this year, MacDonald drove his vehicle along Tarmangie Drive and Innerdownie Place, both in Dollar, after consuming so much alcohol that his breath had 126mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath.
The current legal limit is 22mg in 100ml.
