POLICE are investigating a sneak-in theft in Alloa this week, after an imitation firearm was taken from an unsecured property.
Numerous electrical and personal items were also swiped, all with an estimated value of around £1,500.
The theft is said to have occurred at The Pheasantry, in Alloa, between 4.20am and 6.05am on Tuesday, February 2.
Officers say the thief entered the property through an unsecured door before helping himself to the items.
However, police have stressed the ornamental firearm could not pose a threat to the public.
