Pokemon Go, the mobile game that's put billions on the value of makers Nintendo and led to hordes of people standing around in playgrounds, has become officially available in the UK this week.

For the uninitiated, you download the app, which then encourages you to walk the streets of your town in search of wild Pokemon.

Walk near one, and the app uses your camera to overlay a virtual reality creature onto your real life surroundings.

You then throw a virtual ball at it to catch it, whereupon it is added to your collection. However, we understand the app has been crashing a lot due to server issues.

Also overlaid on the real world are Pokestops, where you can collect extra Pokeballs, and gyms, where you can take your Pokemon to train, for later battles with other players.

What this means in practice is there are going to be a lot of people apparently behaving very oddly on the streets.

So, where are all the best places to find Pokemon in Clackmannanshire? Let us know in the comments.
