DUNCAN SCOTT is celebrating a double after picking up his second Olympic silver medal last night.
The Alloa swimmer delivered another impressive display, anchoring the mens 4x100m medley relay.
The 19-year-old, alongside teammates Chris Walker-Hebborn, Adam Peaty and James Guy, finished in 3:29.24, behind the USA's 3:27.95, which just so happened to be a new Olympic record.
But the games will go down in memory as one of the most notable in the history of the British swimming team.
With a total of six medals in the pool, it has been the most successful event for the team in 108 years. And with such young talent prospering, there is great optimism for the future of the sport.

It was also a great weekend for Scotland's Andy Murray, who retained his Olympic tennis crown with a four-set victory over Juan Martin Del Potro in yesterday's final.
