A YOUNG man who acted in an aggressive manner will be supervised for the next year.
On Thursday at Alloa Sheriff Court, Sean Dougall admitted shouting, swearing, clenching his fists and banging on a door at an address in The Nethergate in Alva on March 5, 2016.
The 23-year-old also pleaded guilty to shouting at his partner and throwing photo frames across a room at the same address on May 11 this year.
In addition, Dougall broke his bail conditions by entering an address in Alva’s Craighorn Road when prohibited on August 30.
Sheriff Christopher Shead sentenced Dougall, of Stirling House in Springkerse Road, to a Community Payback Order with supervision for 12 months.
