A VOLUNTARY emergency service in the Wee County has received a kind donation from local youngsters.
The Ochils Mountain Rescue Team got a £150 cash boost from Clackmannanshire District Scouts, when Dollar group leader Neil Schofield visited its Fishcross headquarters.
The sum was collected at the Scouts' annual carol service, held at Dollar Parish Church in December.
Well attended by parents, leaders and young people along with guests including Provost Derek Stewart and Lord-Lieutenant Johnny Stewart, the event offered an interactive experience with a very talented youth orchestra.
Clackmannanshire District Scouts chairman John Spruce said it was great to see so many people having a great time, whilst also raising funds for such a good cause.
