THERE was plenty of support for The 1st Tulliallan Company at the weekend.

The annual fundraising auction and fayre in aid of the Boys' Brigade ran on Friday night and Saturday during the day.

It proved to be hugely successful and netted a total of £1870 to help with the ongoing activities of the company.

The popular fundraiser – which is believed to have been running for around 35 years – was a real community event this year.

Local residents and those from further afield popped in to grab a bargain and also gave donations.

Items handed in for the event included a 37 inch TV, poker table, furniture, electrical goods and more.

There were also attractions such as bric-a-brac, home-baking and a tombola to keep people busy.

Held in Tulliallan and Kincardine Parish Church Hall, it was organised by a committee of parents and friends, with help from the BB members themselves.

A huge thanks is given to those who donated to the event and showed their support for the organisation.
