A SAUCHIE man has been accused of pushing a woman and punching her on the head.
On Thursday at Alloa Sheriff Court, Michael Halup pleaded not guilty to the alleged assault, claimed to have taken place in his home street on March 31 this year.
The 37-year-old, of Rosebank in Sauchie, will stand trial on July 18.
