A MAN who acted in an abusive manner has avoided punishment for staying out of trouble.
On Thursday, Alloa Sheriff Court was told that Paul Knox had been of good behaviour since shouting, swearing, and uttering threatening and racially offensive remarks in his home street on July 2 last year.
Sheriff David Mackie thereafter admonished the 38-year-old, of Greenfield Street in Alloa.
