BBC2 Bake Off: Creme de la Creme winner Helen Vass will be taking over Gleneagles Hotel's pastry kitchen for a weekend.

She will be showcasing her cake-making skills on Saturday and Sunday, June 3 and 4, in a collaboration.

Guests of the Afternoon Tea, held each day between 12.30pm and 3.30pm, will have the chance to enjoy some of her most decadent treats like coconut panna cotta, choux profiterole with vanilla namelaka, cassis macaron, and raspberry sacher torte.
