Police are reminding the public to make sure that their properties are secure following recent housebreakings around Townhill and Garvock.
Criminals have been targeting garages, sheds and greenhouses that have been left unlocked.
Police are investigating an incident that occurred some time between 6pm Saturday, April 29 and 10am the following day at an address in Cherry Bank, where a quantity of electrical items were taken from a greenhouse.
In another robbery at Main Street in Townhill a KTM200 EXEC Motorcycle was stolen along with a pedal cycle after forced entry into a shed.
Local officers are continuing with their enquiries and are appealing for the public’s help.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1602 of 30th April 2017 for the first and Incident number 0753 of 23rd May 2017 for the second.
