AROUND 700 children from Clackmannanshire nurseries came together in their learning communities to celebrate the legacy of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The children enjoyed taking part in the events organised by the council’s sports development team in great weather at Alloa, Alva and Lornshill Academies.
All children have been practicing their skills of running, jumping and throwing as well as golf and boccia.
Each nursery chose a country to represent and each child received a commemorative medal.
