OWNERS of a Wee County shop were blighted by a break in for the second time in just two months.
Alloa Angling Shop was targeted again overnight Sunday into today, Monday August 21, with a number of supplies taken from the Drysdale Street premises.
The shop's glass door as well as a cabinet inside were smashed in and it is understood a number of fishing rods and other equipment were taken.
A spokesman for Police Scotland told the Advertiser: “Police in Forth Valley are investigating following a break-in to a business premises in Alloa.
"The incident happened sometime overnight between Sunday 20th and Monday, August 21, at a store in Drysdale Street.
"Inquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to come forward."
In June, the same shop was targeted by criminals who stole two crossbows in a smash and grab.
