A CHEQUE has been handed over to Parkinson’s UK after thousands of pounds was raised at Alloa Town Hall last month.

The concert was held in tribute to Mick Lee who tragically passed away after a brave battle with the degenerative disease.

Siobhan O’Hara was on hand from the charity to accept the cheque from Mick’s friends, Diane and Phil, who organised the concert, and Mick’s eldest son, Michael.

A whopping total of £7,600 was raised via ticket sales and a tombola on the night.
