SEVERAL vehicles were broken into in Menstrie last night, and police confirm they are now investigating the incident.
At least two people claimed they found their cars had been raided on social media this morning.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police in Forth Valley are investigating after a number of vehicles were entered and items stolen in the Menstrie area.
“The incidents happened overnight on Tuesday 28 August into Wednesday 29 August in the East Mains area.
“Inquiries are ongoing and anyone with information should contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 0511 of 29 August, or report this anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
