SIX lucky neighbours in Tillicoultry were each handed a whopping £1,000 after they won the People's Postcode Lottery's Daily Prize.
The residents of Chapelle Crescent were given their cheques early on Thursday, October 4, after the FK13 6NJ postcode was announced as the winner.
Judie McCourt, an ambassador for the lottery group, said: "Well done to all the winners in Tillicoultry. I'm sure they'll have a fantastic time splashing out with the windfall.
"Make sure you're playing with your postcode to be in with a chance of winning."
The People's Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery which raises money for charities.
Players sign up with their postcode by paying £10 per month and they are automatically entered into every draw.
A minimum of 32 per cent of all ticket sales goes directly to charity, and to date players have raised £350million for 4,000 good causes across the UK.
