Alloa Sheriff Court
A MAN has been released on bail after appearing in court for assault.
The accused, from Alloa, appeared in private at Alloa Sheriff Court on Monday, October 8.
He was charged with assault to injury with intent to rob.
The 34-year-old made no plea or declaration and was released on bail.
The case will call again in court again at a later date.
