A MAN, who has been known to reside in Alva, has gone missing with local police appealing for public assistance in a bid to trace him.
Officers in the Wee County are looking for James Kennedy Walker, 54, to check on his welfare.
He has been known to reside in the Alva area, according to police, but was last known to be in East Dunbartonshire last Wednesday, October 17.
His movements after that point are not known at this time.
It is believed James may have travelled to the nearby Stirling area or potentially to Glasgow.
Anyone with any information on the man’s whereabouts are asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting the reference number PS-20181019-2951.
