A HOST of new classes are set to begin at the Tullibody Civic Centre next month.

Due to several requests from the community for an older adults exercise class, the Tullibody Community Development Trust is pleased to announce we have secured a teacher and the sessions will take place from 1.30pm to 2.30pm every Tuesday from March 12.

The classes will be open to anyone regardless of their fitness level.

As well as the older adults class, the group are also hoping to hold table tennis session in the coming weeks.

Janette McGowan, group chair, said: "Table Tennis Scotland are lending us high level equipment and tables to run day sessions, evening sessions and weekend sessions.

"The trust is looking for anyone who might be interested in setting up the classes to get in touch.

"We're also holding a grand prize draw on March 23 with prizes such as family tickets to Knockhill Racing, Blairdrummond Safari Park, Glasgow Science Centre, Premier League football matches with hospitality, three course lunch for two at the Cromlix House Hotel and many more prizes.

"Look out for the tickets going on sale this week."

If anyone would like more information, or would like to enquire about the table tennis sessions, please get in touch with the trust via email on enquiries@tullibodycdt.org.uk
