A CUSTOMER in Ladbrokes was assaulted after another man lost his temper at around 8.30pm on April 12.
At the Sylvania Way South shop, the suspect, described as around 60 years of age, with grey hair and a black jacket, became angry because he lost money at a slot machine.
He started shouting and swearing at the machine, and was asked by a young female employee to calm down, but he started being cheeky to her.
A 55-year-old customer then asked him to calm down and he was punched to the head causing him to fall off his chair.
Police were called and are carrying out enquiries to trace the man responsible.
