A MAN has been arrested after a two-vehicle smash in Sauchie.
At around 4pm on Wednesday, May 8, a blue Mitsubishi was involved in a collision with a small silver car in the Sunnyside area of Sauchie.
The back end of the silver car was damaged as was a large portion of the front of the Mitsubishi after members of the public apparently witnessed the car driving erratically before colliding with parked cars.
Police raced to the scene where a 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with drug driving and will appear in court in due course.
A statement from Police Scotland confirmed the incident, saying: “A man has been arrested in connection with drug driving after a vehicle was seen to collide with parked cars and be driven erratically in the Sunnyside area of Sauchie on Wednesday 8th May.
"The 32-year-old will appear in court at a later date."
