AN ALLOA man has been ordered to do unpaid work for causing a disturbance and having a hammer in the street.
Derek Johnstone, 44, of Hawkhill Road, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on September 10, at Rosebank, Sauchie, he was unlawfully in possession of a hammer.
On the same day, at North Street, Alloa, he acted in a disorderly manner and engaged in a fight.
He also damaged property by smashing a window with a brick.
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a community payback order with 250 hours of unpaid work and one year of supervision.
