CLACKS-based business specialists Ceteris have expanded their property portfolio into Falkirk as they are set to move into a new premises.

The commercial landlord company has acquired the Falkirk Business Hub, further spreading their reach across Forth Valley.

Ceteris bought the hub over in a £2 million acquisition from previous owners, Tartan Commercial, adding to their 20 business parks across nine sites in Clackmannanshire and Stirling.

Josie Saunders, Ceteris CEO, drove forward the acquisition and looks forward to adding the hub to their portfolio.

The Falkirk Business Hub will add over 40 tenant companies with around 150 staff to Ceteris, adding to their vast total of around 1400 currently.

The four-storey building provides quality services offices, coworking space, conference and meeting rooms as well as virtual office services alongside a café and fitness and wellness centre.
