Man charged with raping child
AN ALLOA man has been released from custody after appearing in court charged with the rape of a child.
The 38-year-old stood in the dock at Alloa Sheriff Court on Wednesday, May 16, in answer to an allegation of raping of a child who has not yet reached the age of 13.
He also faces a charge of sexual assault against a child.
He made no plea or declaration and was bailed.
The case agains the accused will call again in the near future.
