AN ALLOA man has appeared in court after being charged with rape.
The 26-year-old male, who can't be named for legal reasons, has been charged with rape, sexual assault via penetration and sexual assault.
He appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court on Friday after being arrested and charged on Thursday.
No plea was made and the accused was released on bail.
