An Advertiser reader is looking for help to trace the rightful owner of a number of family photographs sent from Australia.

The woman, who did not wish to be named, got in touch with the Advertiser after she was delivered the mail in December from an address in Oz and is hoping that someone will be able to shed light on who the rightful receiver of the card is.

She said, “I’ve been in my house for three years and I am often receiving mail that I shouldn’t be as my address used to be used for a business. In December the card came through the door and my little one ripped it open, it was sent to this address but it looks like it was sent to a Mr McGlone.

“There were photos, possibly of grandchildren inside it and I just think it would be such a shame if it is not delivered to the right person after coming all this way.” As well as being addressed to a Mr McGlone in Gean Road, Alloa, names on the card were also Linda, Declan and Kieron.
