Local businesses will have the chance to meet a range of public sector buyers in order to boost their companies as part of an event in Alloa next month.
Meet the Buyer, an event organised by Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling councils, will allow local businesses from across Forth Valley to participate in a range of workshops in Alloa Town Hall on Thursday 6 November from 10am till 2pm.
A variety of agencies and services will be on hand to offer support and advice. These include Business Gateway, Supplier Development Programme, Capability Scotland/Scottish Procurement, Forth Valley Chamber of Commerce, Ready for Business and the Scottish Government.
Public sector buyers at the event will be Clackmannanshire Council, Falkirk Council, Stirling Council, University of Stirling, Forth Valley College, NHS Forth Valley and Scotland Excel.
The event is free, but businesses who wish to attend must register beforehand through the Supplier Development Programme website, www.sdpscotland.co.uk.
