Two Leisure Bowl instructors recently completed an RPM advanced instructor module, and are excited to bring what they learned to their classes.

Barry Harrison and Marion Forsyth teach RPM at the Leisure Bowl and are always up for a challenge to ensure the best experience for their customers.

Barry said: “It was a tough day and we were certainly put through our paces (no pun intended) on the bikes. We were given feedback on our performance by two master trainers, including any areas where we could improve our delivery of RPM.

“We also got the opportunity to focus on the basics, like bike setup, customer care, riding technique and choreography delivery to keep our customers safe and give them the best possible experience in RPM right from the moment they enter the studio.  “We are already feeling the benefits from our course, and both had good feedback from customers in the first week. Over the next few weeks we will continue to develop our skills further using the feedback from the module. There will be a lot of self-evaluation and feedback seeking from customers and other RPM instructors when the opportunity arises.” Marion said: “It was physically and mentally exhausting, but wow, I feel so lucky to be part of the Les Mills culture and to be delivering these powerful programmes to our clients.” Advanced instructor modules are available for all classes, and many Leisure Bowl instructors have the accolade under their belt. With more courses this summer, keep your eyes peeled to find out what your favourite instructors have been up to to improve YOUR Leisure Bowl experience.
