STUDENTS from Access & Progression Lifestart Alloa raised awareness and funds for the British Heart Foundation (BHF).

They took on the challenge as part of their health and well-being activities this year.

Lisa Stafford, BHF Fundraising Volunteer Manager provided resources for their ‘Red for Feb’ pamper hamper raffle held in February.

On the day Janet Hay from NHS Living Well project manned a stall to highlight health and well-being and promote her new innovative service.

The students also completed a sponsored walk recently and donated a total of £216 from both events to the local BHF.

The students were thanked for their efforts and told that the funds would be used to support local causes.
