The Leisure Bowl is set to make a splash this summer with their intensive one to one children’s swimming lessons.

These lessons cater for non-swimmers to improvers and are the perfect opportunity to take your child’s swimming to the next level. They are ideal for children from age three upwards.

All 30-minute lessons are subject to a maximum capacity and are allocated on a first come-first served basis.

Lessons will take place between 9.30am and 12noon from 20 to 24 July and from 27 to 31 July.

You can book in for one lesson, two lessons, or the whole week! It costs £7 per lesson or £30 for the five-day course.

DON’T FORGET: the Leisure Bowl pool also hosts Friday Night Family Fun Sessions. From 6.30-8.45pm, the entire family can enjoy the new eliminator inflatable. Adults cost £3.30, children aged eight-15 just £2.70 and children from three-to-seven years £2.20. Under-eights must be accompanied by an adult.

Football coaching WASP Community Club has just the thing to keep the kids entertained over the summer holidays this year.

Following the huge success of the Easter fun sessions, the Kids’ Summer Football Camp will run twice throughout July.

The first is set to take place from the 6-10 July, and the next from the 20-24 July. All boys and girls aged from five-12 years are welcome.

WASP Community Club offer progressive football sessions that allow each child to develop their skills in a safe and friendly environment.

Structured, professional coaching will be delivered by Alloa Athletic and WASP Community Club coaches and will be hosted between The Wasp Centre and Alloa Athletic Football Club.

Five days of football fun costs just £65 and five half days £35. One full day costs £16 and one half day £8.50. A later pick up time is also available from 4-5.15pm at an additional £2 per day.

Morning sessions will run from 8.30am-12noon and afternoon sessions from 12.30-4pm.
