The Les Mills quarterly launch at the Leisure Bowl was once again a huge success.

Lots of people turned out in their best beach wear to try out the new releases and have some fun.

Gym and group fitness coordinator Tricia McKenzie said: “The customers never fail to support us in these launches and we’re always happy to welcome new people in to our studio. The effort made is outstanding. ” Every quarter, Les Mills release new workout material, and the dedicated instructors at the Leisure Bowl want you to experience them.

The 30 minute taster classes were free, providing a great opportunity for those wanting to try out some new fitness classes, as well as those who just can’t get enough of Les Mills’s fitness!

If you enjoyed the launch and want to give the classes a try, see the range of times below: Bodybalance: Comprises elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, balance and relaxation, Monday, 8-9pm; Friday, 5.45-6.30pm.

Bodyattack: A high energy, three dimensional class, which includes cardio, strength and sports training with options to suit all fitness levels, Wednesday, 7-8pm; Thursday, 6.45-7.39pm; Sunday, 5-6pm.

Bodypump: Challenge yourself with the original barbell workout that will strengthen and tone your entire body. Using the REP effect, more lean muscle is created and therefore helps to burn fat quicker, Tuesday, 6.15-7am; Wednesday, 5.45-6.45pm; Thursday, 7.45-8.45pm; Saturday, 7.45-8.45pm.

Bodycombat: Come and unleash your inner warrior, this class is inspired by mixed martial arts and will change your shape by reactive core training. Who doesn’t want a six pack? Monday, 6.15-7pm; Tuesday, 7.10-8.10pm; Thursday, 6.15-7am; Saturday, 10-10.55am.

Cxworx: This is a 30 minute workout designed to strengthen the core. It will improve functional training and assist in the prevention of injury, Monday, 5.45-6.15; Tuesday, 6.35-7.05pm; Saturday, 11-11.30am.

RPM: This is a 45 minute indoor cycling class that will increase your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and tone and shape your legs, hips and butt, Tuesday, 6-6.45pm; Thursday, 6-6.45pm, Saturday, 10-10.45am.
